Those who fly regularly are well aware that the best way to lower travel costs and score points is to make the most of airline loyalty programs. However, not all loyalty programs and plans are the same. Every twelve months, the World’s Best Awards survey takes place. This survey asks people to rank airlines. These ranks are based on their experiences with their airlines from the quality of the food, through to in-flight service. The latest survey looks at which airlines had the best frequent flyer programs. It is not a surprise that some of these programs made the top ten.
Singapore and Emirates
Singapore and Emirate airlines are just two of these who continue to stay at the top. Scandinavian Airlines also found their way to the top ten. This is because each of these airlines had elite perks and were easy to use.
Scandinavian Airlines
Scandinavian Airlines did not receive high scores in other areas. However, it was their loyalty program that made a great impression with the World’s Best voters. One participant in our survey stated that their loyalty program was: “the best in the industry”. Especially since this is one of Northern Europe’s smallest airlines.
Standout Features
Some of the stand out features that come with this airline’s loyalty program include: car-rental brands of Hertz and Avis, the best Western Resorts and Hotels, and partnerships and campaigns with global companies. These global companies have included Hilton Worldwide.

Considering Other Factors
The best loyalty reward program for all all travelers will of course, depend on all kinds of factors. Every airline offering a loyalty reward program do their best to offer a straightforward and easy redemption system. They also aim to include a diverse portfolio of all of their partners. These days, many airlines are moving away from elite bonuses. Instead, they are honoring their flyers for the amount they spend. Not how often they fly. Savvy travelers are becoming increasingly aware of where their points and miles are being banked.
Loyalty is rewarded
It really is well worth joining and signing up for a loyalty reward program. It does not matter if you need to upgrade your status or if you are wanting to earn more rewards from the most modest stash of miles. Whatever the case, it’s a great idea to look into your airline’s loyalty reward program.
Chose what is best for your needs
It is a good idea to do your research before you go ahead and join one. Consider what airline you fly with most and see what they have to offer you. Whatever the case, loyalty programs will lower the cost of flying. You will also earn points when making use of the programs.
