The Gallup Global Emotions Report has come up with positive and negative experiences of individuals around the world. It was found that Latin American countries are among the most positive. The results from this reports have come from interviews. 147,000 individuals in 140 different countries around the world were interviewed. It was found that Syria was the least positive country. This is because of its continuing civil war and refugee crisis. Syria got a score of 36 out of 100. On the other hand, Paraguay was found to be the most positive. This country got a score of 84 out of 100.
Every year, there are lots of similar reports. Denmark is said to be the happiest country in the world. Be aware that happiness and positiveness are related to each other. However, they are not the same. The New York Times said that the happiest countries have a few similar factors. These factors include: economic stability and equal share of wealth. Unhappy countries are usually those who have diseases, civil unrest or are poor.
